CCNA Voice
Cisco® CCNA®
voice validates the knowledge and skills needed to
implement a Cisco VoIP networks. Delegates will gain an
understanding of traditional IP PBX and IP Telephony systems, and
will be exposed to the Cisco Unified Communications architecture
and design covering technologies such as mobility, presence and
Telepresence applications. This course focuses the implementation
of Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series for small businesses,
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cisco Unity
Express.

CCNA Voice Recertification
|

CCNA Voice certifications are valid for three years. To
recertify, pass a CCNA Concentration exam (wireless, security,
voice), or pass any 642 - XXX professional level or Cisco
Specialist exam (excluding Sales Specialist exams), or pass a
current CCIE or CCDE written exam.
