Nye kurs for sertifiseringsløpene
CCNP, CCIP og CCDP er nå tilgjengelig, ROUTE, SWITCH OG
TSHOOT
Den 25 januar 2010, annonserte Cisco ®
endringer på følgende sertifiseringsløp: CCNP / CCIP og CCDP.
Innholdet i de nye kursene vil sørge for å tilføre kursdeltagerne
kunnskap og ferdigheter en nettverksingeniør må kunne. Det legges i større grad vekt på sikkerhet, kompleks
routing og switching (for eksempel støtte for avdelingskontorer og
mobile arbeidere) samt tale-og videotjenester.
De nye kursene vil være tilgjengelig hos
Global Knowledge fra og med 1. februar 2010. Global Knowledge er på
nåværende tidspunkt Ciscos Learning Partner of the Year.
Oversikt over de nye
kursene:
In ROUTE - Implementing Cisco IP Routing v1.0, administrators
of medium-to-large network sites will learn to use advanced routing
to provide scalability for Cisco routers that are connected to LANs
and WANs. Students will practice implementing techniques in
hands-on labs, learning to dramatically increase the number of
routers and sites instead of redesigning the network when
additional sites or wiring configurations are added.
In SWITCH - Implementing Cisco Switched Networks v1.0, students
will learn to plan, configure, and verify the implementation of
complex enterprise switching solutions for campus environments
using the Cisco Enterprise Campus Architecture.
TSHOOT - Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks v1.0
<link to TSHOOT> students will gain the skills needed to
maintain complex networks and to diagnose and resolve network
problems quickly and effectively. Students will learn
troubleshooting and maintenance procedures, and they will reinforce
the concepts by putting them to use in a controlled lab
environment.
Det nye Tourte og Switch kursene erstatter
henholsvis kursene BSCI og BCMSN. TSHOOT er et nytt kurs hvor
omtrent 70% av kurset består av praktiske øvelser med fokus på
evner til å gjøre feilsøkinger. ISCW og ONT vil bli trukket
tilbake.
